Passport Cover Set Of 3

Quality of the items i bought were best and one can blindly order 🥰 the only thing i regret is that i dint get any choice to add more than one charm on a particular cover since it was set of 3 could only add one of my choice and another as a common charm for all.....😪Moreover most of the charms were out of stock

Ordered a set of passport cover for 3.
Most of the kind I wanted were out of stock. Finally found the ones I liked, and placed the order through their website.
After 2 days, I get a message from the customer care saying that one of the items is out of stock. Since that was my favourite kind and the reason I placed the order was to get that particular cover. Hence, I asked them to cancel the order. I was informed that the order can’t be cancelled since they already made the other 2 covers I ordered in the set of 3.
I informed them that it was their duty to message me before initiating the order as a certain product was out of stock.
I received a half as apology and a demand to continue choosing another cover so that the order can be processed.
Since I needed the products to gift someone soon, I continued with the order.
The packaging and the passport covers are of excellent quality. They deserve 5 stars for the products. Service I would give 1 star as atleast they messaged me saying one of the cases were out of stock and they did not choose a cover of their liking and send it to me instead.
