Q. How can I place an order?
To place your order, follow these steps:
a. Simply browse through our massive collection of products. Once you find something you love. Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can add more if you like!

b. Once you want to check out, click the cart icon on the left top corner of the page to continue or confirm your order.

c. Now proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order. Sit back and relax! Your order will be on their way!

Q.How do I get a confirmation that my order has been placed?
You will receive an email with order confirmation, and one more email when your order is finally shipped out.

Q. What is the material used for all the products?
All our products are made of Synthetic Leather.

Q. What can fit in a Passport Cover?
Passport Cover can fit in only one passport.

Q. What can fit in a Travel Folder?
Travel folder has slots for Passport, Boarding pass, Tickets, Coins, Cards, etc.

Q. How many business cards can fit in a Card Holder?
20-25 standard size business cards can fit in a Card Holder.

Q. What size of Corporate ID can fit in a Corporate ID Card Holder?
The ID card can fit in a Corporate ID Card Holder.

Q. Does Clutch has any compartments?
Clutch doesn't have any zippers or compartments.

Q. How many compartments do a Sling bag has?
Sling bag has two big and one small compartment to keep your stuff.

Q. What is Metal Alphabets customization?

It is a form of Name customization which is done with Metal Alphabets on a synthetic leather strip. There are additional charges for it.

Q. Can I get special characters or number customized on the products?
Sorry, we don't have any special characters or numbers. We have only All Capital Alphabets which can be customized on all our products.

Q. How safe is paying online?
Our payment gateway is compliant with world-class security norms. Feel absolutely secure with using online modes of payment

Q. Are there any hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges such as tax. We provide free shipping  in India on orders above Rs. 300

Q. How much taxes are charged on all products?
As per the new Government rule, 18% GST is charged on all the products, which is included in the price.

Q. Why can't I pay through COD?
We don't have COD payment option as the products are customized. But you can place the order using Netbanking/Debit or Credit cards/ E-Wallets.

Q. What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of payment failure, please retry while making sure:

The information that you use on the payment gateway is accurate. Check the following: Account details, Billing address, Passwords for Netbanking, Secure Code or OTP for card payment, Undisrupted Internet at the time of payment.

Q. How will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped to the address provided by you. Only the best courier companies are partnered with us to try our best that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Q. What is the delivery time for the order?
After the order has been confirmed, your order is dispatched in 2-3 working days.
